Our logo depicts a navigation compass rose encircled by a sailing rudder chain which locks the compass points at true north, with the 1776 United States Prime Meridian superimposed on the compass along with the name of the firm. The logo reflects the firm’s foundation in the rule of law established by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. The chain-locked compass represents the firm’s focus on the rule of law and the freedoms established in Philadelphia, our home and place of business.
