Jennifer M. Wagner

Jennifer Wagner is special counsel with MNB Meridian Law firm. Jenn’s experience includes service in a variety of key legal positions within the United States Army Reserve.

Jenn served over 20 years as an Army Judge Advocate primarily focusing on administrative law. She worked in multiple positions in the Office of The Judge Advocate General and also served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, Military Intelligence Readiness Command, Fort Belvoir, VA and Staff Judge Advocate, 807th Medical Command, Salt Lake City, UT. In addition, Jenn deployed to Afghanistan in 2016 – 2017, where she advised Afghan attorneys and judges at the National Security Justice Center regarding the fair trial of detainees held for national security crimes.

Throughout her career, Jenn has provided expert legal advice regarding the administrative process for discipline of military personnel. Her background includes advising hundreds of commanders at various levels of command regarding discipline to include GOMORs, ART 15s, and courts martial.
